Lesson 2
2.1 Essential Question:
            Put in writing the question that will engage the students
What are the consequences of Sedentary Lifestyle ?

2.2 Grouping Strategy:
            Describe the criteria that will be used to form students team and how this maps to the goals of the project.
Heterogeneous Teams of five studenteach with various skillset and abilitieswill be selected as Data Surveying, Data Collection and analysis, Presentation and photography, ict activities, report making membersalong with the team leader. Theywill address the serious  health concerns of today’s lifestyles. In addition they will learn the Art Of Eating Right, Thinking Right And Living Right. They will promote the team spirit and joy of working in a group accepting and acknowledging others and in turn inadvertently SWOT analysis of self will be attained.

2.3 Learning Environment:
            Describe the learning environment for the project including any classroom adaptation that will be required.
Project Area is planned in the AV room to ensure effective interaction among various stakeholders. The same area will be christened with a suitable name after discussion among  health and wellness club members and project leads & members.

2.4Assessment Approach:
                Describe the approach for:
                2.41 Authentic Assessment:
1. Survey on Life style diseases in and around the neighbourhood.
2. Arranging a lecture on Lifestyle diseases and alternate therapies by experts

2.42 Formative Assessment:
           
·        First peer group assessment followed by mentor’s assessment through various tools.

2.43 Summative Assessment:
·        Team portfolios in blogs and emails
·        PPT on various aspects on the chosen topic “Health & Wellness”
·        Inter group assessment based on the peer assessment of the Formative Assessment.

2.44 Rubrics:
·        It will be used to assess data collection and presentation, ICT content, Peer group dynamics.

2.45 Gradings:
            Project Grades will be based on:
1.      Various assessment made during the project
2.      Will be based on rating scales
3.      Finalization of grades will be done based on rubrics.
